Streamadelica Wedding Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to couples planning a wedding taking place in 2027 or 2028.

  2. Entries must be submitted by 11.59pm on 11th August 2026.

  3. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced live on Instagram at 6pm on 12th August 2026.

  4. The prize includes: A design consultation, bespoke 3D visuals, up to 50 metres of Streamadelica streamer installations, one streamer backdrop or arch, professional installation and derig.

  5. The prize includes installation at venues within 70 miles of either Leeds or London. Weddings taking place outside this area are welcome, however additional travel charges will apply.

  6. The prize includes up to two rounds of design revisions. The final design will be created in collaboration with the winning couple and is subject to Streamadelica’s approval to ensure it is practical, safe and suitable for the venue.

  7. The prize covers only the items listed above. Any additional products, installations, styling services or upgrades requested by the winner will be charged at Streamadelica’s standard rates. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.

  8. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative, and must be redeemed for the winner’s 2027 or 2028 wedding, subject to Streamadelica’s availability.

  9. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the winner announcement. If the prize is not claimed within this time, Streamadelica reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  10. The winner agrees that Streamadelica may photograph and film the installation and use the resulting images and videos for marketing, advertising, social media, website content and other promotional purposes.

  11. By entering the competition, entrants agree that Streamadelica may contact them regarding their competition entry. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Streamadelica Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
