We’re predominantly a hire and installation business so our streamer banners and other props are rented to you for your event, then packed up and sent back, ready to be reused again and again.
Once you contact us via the online form we’ll help you put together your bespoke quote based on the location, size and type of the space, what you’d like to achieve (eg. a spectacular entrance, a fab photo moment, zoning a particular area or creating a full blowout of a ceiling set up!) and how much support you need with design, installation or both.

No problem! We’ll firstly advise whether we think a DIY set up will work in your space (some venues, like those with high ceilings are best handled by our team)
We’ll send a DIY install guide to help you liaise with your venue and understand how to hang the banners. Reusable cable ties are included as standard with the hire of your pieces - and depending on the set up you’re creating we can recommend some of our other hire products that will help you to achieve the look you’re after.

When you opt for a design and installation package you’ll get full support in creating a streamer installation that makes the most of your space and that fits perfectly alongside your other elements and within the vibe of your wedding.
We’ll schedule a design consultation meeting with you to help us understand your vision and create an amazing colour palette and layout plan.
We sure can! We offer a Virtual Design package which can be booked alongside your dry hire, whereby we create a 3D model of your venue and develop your installation layout, style and colours – allowing you to see the set up from different angles to make sure you’re 100% happy with everything before your installation. This model then doubles up as a handy installation guide, making life a lot easier for whoever’s going up the ladder

If you’re not local to us we can arrange courier delivery of your dry hire order anywhere within the UK. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver outside of the UK!
We allow for them to arrive with you a couple of days before you need them in case of any courier delays (more if you’re not based in mainland UK). Following your event we ask that you return them to us by tracked courier intact and on time in the box and packaging they were delivered in.
If you’re going away straight after your event, you’ll need to assign this job to someone else, as you may lose your deposit if the items are returned late.

All of our streamer banners, mini Streamadeliers and LED candles can be delivered to you by courier, but our larger, heavier and more delicate items (neon signs, disco balls and 1m Streamadeliers) would need to be collected and returned in person from our HQ in Leeds or our storage facility in London.

We are fine with them being taken abroad as long as delivery is to a UK address, and you then send them back tracked from a UK address afterwards!

The whole shebang! This is our signature package whereby we take care of everything for you, so you can focus on the celebrations. When you opt for the Full Streamadelica you’ll get full support in creating a streamer installation that makes the most of your space and that fits perfectly alongside your other elements and within the vibe of your wedding.
After an initial design consultation meeting to help us understand your vision, we’ll organise a site visit with you and/or your stylist, to see the space in person and talk through the flow of the event. You’ll get the benefit of our in-depth installation expertise as we advise where and how we can install for maximum impact, then come back to you with 3D model designs that incorporate options for an amazing colour palette and layout plan. You have 30m of streamers (or equivalent value items) included but if your set up needs more or less we can adjust
Then you just leave all the legwork to us and wait for the magic to happen!

Our HQ is based in Leeds, but we have a second installation team based down south so can cover weddings and events all over the UK, subject to availability of the team!

Unfortunately plaster ceilings are our nemesis – if we don’t have pipes, hooks or metal fixtures containing steel (for magnets) we can’t install a ceiling set up. We don’t use Command hooks and we don’t advise that you do if you’re doing a DIY install! They are just not reliable enough and can easily damage paintwork.

They are made from plastic, which means they’re far more durable and robust than paper streamers. Plus the matt colours are weatherproof so can be used outside!
The material is not in itself fire retardant so if required we can cost to treat them with a fire retardant spray.

We aim to make your event décor waste-free – so everything is reused again and again, including the cable ties. We aim to throw nothing away – the production offcuts are used as art materials for craft groups and preschools and we reuse our packaging and postage boxes.
We’re not perfect but we’re always looking at ways that we can limit our impact on the environment.
