Dry Hire
The hire costs below cover 7-day rentals from the date of dispatch and exclude refundable damage deposit and courier costs (if required) which will be estimated once you're ready to make a booking.
(NB minimum order of £200 + VAT for dry hire)
Your dry hire order can be collected and returned to us in Leeds, or we can quote for courier delivery for the lighter weight items - (streamers, disco balls & telescopic pop up stands)
(Please note that if you require courier return you will need to arrange a collection contact for the Monday after your event and have the facility to print the return label)

Booking
We require a 50% booking fee / deposit to secure the dry hire booking for your dates with the balance payable 3 calendar months before your event. A refundable damage/loss deposit equivalent to 50% of the total hire order will be charged and refunded to you within 2 weeks of receiving the items back in re-hireable condition.
We will accommodate change of booking date where possible up to 2 calendar months prior to your event and cancellation up to 3 calendar months before your event.
